Is exercise performance movements to develop or maintain fitness and general health. It is often also towards sports skills or ability. these practices through frequent and regular movements. Exercise is an important component in preventing certain diseases like cancer, heart disease, heart disease and type 2 diabetes and obesity and pain. exercises in general are the four types, depending on the overall impact on the human body:
Flexibility exercises to a group of muscles and joints.
Aerobic exercises such as walking, running and focus on increasing endurance helps healing from diseases of the heart and blood vessels and helps muscle.
Anaerobic exercises such as training, jogging, and help increase muscle mass and strength.
Physical exercise is important for maintaining fitness including healthy weight; helps build and maintain bones, muscles, and joints; it also helps reduce the risk of surgery, strengthen the immune system to the athlete.
